I really do not know how to start this off. I'll go by this. I had scheduled an airport limo to come pick me up, they did not show up. I called these guys it was Zee's day off. Within 30 minutes he was at my house. He was at the airport at midnight to pick me up. This guy is hands down the best in the business. Reach out to me anytime and I will tell you more about him. The conversations we had were great. You cannot find better service. 7 years I worked in a restaurant I'm in customer service today you simply cannot find a better service. If there was 10 stars they'd get 10 stars I wish them all the best and I will use them from now on. ~ Adam M

If you’re looking for an extremely reliable, professional and trustworthy airport taxi service please look no further. We required a taxi to Pearson for our wedding so booking a reliable service was top priority. The booking process was thorough, professional & detailed - I was immediately put at ease. Our driver showed up 15 minutes early and he was utterly helpful and polite - he even asked us before we set off if we had all of our important documents. I hired this LIMO service from a cruise ship!!!! I was crossing the Atlantic and thought about my needs returning to Pearson with my mother who happens to use a walker and decided to ask about getting transportation to my home. Jay quickly responded to my inquiry, provided details, and I booked my ride home with ease. My flight was delayed and he kept in touch with my flight status. I recently used Hamilton Airport Taxi Service to take me to the airport and to pick me up on the way back. I was very nervous to use a limo service due to the pandemic. We have used Jay for probably our last 6 trips to the Airport. He is always on time, and is always pleasant. We travel a lot with our Golf Clubs and There is always enough room in his truck for the clubs and luggage. Jay is always watching our arrival times and is only a few minutes to reach us after we land, even if our flight has been delayed. I have used this service twice to take me to Pearson airport and home from the airport. Both times the drivers were very prompt on picking me up from my home. The drivers were safe, friendly and professional. Pick up from the airport was also very prompt. Both times, I received either a call or a text telling me which airport exit door the driver would be picking me up from, plus a follow up text with a picture of the vehicle coming to pick me up, so I would recognize the vehicle when it arrived. Used Hamilton Airport Taxi for a round trip drop off and pick up at Pearson International Airport. They showed up in a perfect size vehicle for 4 people and luggage. The vehicle was immaculately clean and temp was preset perfectly inside. We forgot a small item in the vehicle on drop off, but wasn’t required to have for our trip. I booked service to and from Pearson airport in early August. The driver, Mr Rao, was early but no pressure, the car was immaculate, and the he was confident and skilled, not overly aggressive. I’ve travelled the world and have had drivers who seemed to have a death wish. On my return trip I was happy see I had the same driver as I arrived at 6 am and hadn’t slept in the plane. 2025: Based on our excellent experience last year, we once again booked Hamilton Airport Taxi Service for a round trip to Pearson, and once again received top tier service in both directions. Our driver Jay was on time, and kept in constant contact regarding pickup information. His vehicle was spotless, and he was an excellent driver. We will be rebooting next year. 2024: We booked Hamilton Airport Taxi Service for a round-trip to Pearson Airport, starting with an early morning pickup. Zee was at our house a bit early, and let us know via text. Loaded our luggage into a big SUV, and provided a very smooth drive to the airport where he unloaded the luggage by himself ( he definitely doesn't need the gym). It was truly great service. Upon our return from holidays, Zee was waiting for us, loaded the luggage and once again provided a great ride and entertaining conversation. This was a great experience, and I express my thanks and gratitude to Zee for providing such great service. We will definitely use Hamilton Airport Taxi Service on next year's trip. ~ George R

I randomly came across this service when looking for a last minute booking from Hamilton to Pearson. The whole experience was fabulous! Absolutely spot on service, not your average airport shuttle. They were early for pickup and waited 1.5 hours without any penalty while my lost luggage was being located. Typically I find myself arguing over rate with airport shuttles, this business was very up front on their rates it was also refreshing to not argue over the rate or price of luggage. Zeeshan, went out of his way to pick up my daughter and I; we live in a small town and had an emergency and needed to get to Toronto ASAP. Excellent service, had a group of 10 round trip to Pearson Airport. Service was on time both ways and rates are far better than any other service. First time taking a Car service was very nervous especially going at 2am but it was absolutely wonderful.
